Tim Hubey is Managing Principal of T.A.H. Advisors LLC, a strategic and financial consulting company. For over a decade, Tim was a member of the investment banking group at Piper Sandler, where he advised asset management and wealth management companies on a wide range of strategic matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and general strategic planning advice. Tim's M&A experience totals over $10 billion in transaction value and includes Financial Engines' sale to Hellman & Friedman, Oaktree Capital Management's sale to Brookfield Asset Management, and Lido Advisors' partnership with Charlesbank Capital Partners. Previously, he was a member of the restructuring group at Gleacher & Co. Tim graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering from Lafayette College.
